Primary Skills:
 
A.    Functional:
  1. Emissions & Energy audits for large manufacturing facilities and operations
  2. Regulatory compliance services (for environmental impact & energy use)
  3. High awareness of regulatory landscape and developments in the environmental, pollution and related Sustainability space (in USA, EU and APAC)
  4. Implementation of IT systems to enable measurement, control, monitoring and reporting of above areas.
  5. Energy and emissions audit engagements (for clients in USA and/or EU)
  6. Regulatory compliance assurance engagements (eg. USA EPA GHG reporting)
  7. Domain – E&U, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Operations/Logistics
 
B.    Business Development
  1. Sell above services – lead generation & qualification, client presentations, respond to RFI/RFQ.
  2. Engagement sizing and budgeting
  3. Account management
 
C.    Project Delivery
  1. Project management & delivery
  2. Resource and work stream management
